I've dedicated myself to helping women elevate their consciousness, thrive in alignment with their body, mind and heart and become their joy by activating their inner wellth and healing through lifestyle and mindset practices.

I founded the Body Divine Life Metabolic Reset after struggling with weight gain after menopause and developing thyroid antibodies while eating healthy organic food!   I want women to become their best friends, be a master not a slave  to food and to fall so in love with themselves that  nourishing their bodies is a JOY!  Metabolic balance restores  health, hormones and happiness.   The bonus is the release of weight, inflammation and pain.
